We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, all Shira Jewelry items come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover physical damage, loss, or natural wear and tear.
